[Solved] Unable to use Keyboard & Mouse (X99-High Sierra)

My specs is as follows:
i7-5820k
Asus X99 Strix Mobo
ASUS GTX 980ti

I'm unable to use the keyboard and mouse when i go to the lock screen.
Does anyone have the same problem ? and how did you rectify it.

I'm using the latest version of High Sierra 10.13 and please tell me the values and how to go on with the process.
Fyi i have finished installing High Sierra, please do let me the whole process from Start to Finish.

Found out the hard way of searching.
Peripherals > XHCI Mode > Auto <--- Smart Auto gives you problems with USB peripherals
As mine is a 9 Series Chipset, i had to follow this procedure.

Will try to reinstall High Sierra with this additional method and report.

Tried nickwoodhams method. Worked like a charm.
Yet to rectify audio drivers.
