    Try using the forum search tool using your hardware as search terms. For instance, one thread suggests using npci=0x3000.

    Don't take the GT 210 out, HD 2000 graphics are unsupported. Boot in verbose mode and post a picture of the screen when it stops.

    The serial port that you see there may be from a TPM. If that is the case (and the normal one is disabled) then you may ignore it.
