What is different? If you want to see more C- and P-States, run e.g. Cinebench before running AppleIntelinfo.kext…

Use at all costs an USB3.1 Type-A or Type-C Flash Drive Installer for the macOS High Sierra 10.13 Final Release Clean-Install or Update. USB2.0 and USB3.0 Flash Drive Installer might terminate in a dead end.

both values are fine for the Asus X99-A II... 1b = 29 ports; 19=25 ports...
Anyway I harmonised now config.plist and guide value...
