That's a first! - sometimes they'll ask to screen share, never heard of them asking to send data so I really don't know on that score. Personally I would wait a couple of days and then call again hoping to get a more affable tech person.
Thanks for the quick reply.
The thing is they'll be calling me tomorrow again asking for the stuff and I don't know what to do :/
They sent me a capture_data.dmg and after checking it, it'll gather lots of info about my Hackintosh ( serial number, syslogs, IOREG and more stuff). I don't really know what to do, since for example, wi-fi doesn't work. Should I answer the call and tell them it's been fixed?

The thing is, if you set everything up correctly there is no need to call Apple at all (unless there is a problem with your Apple ID).
Post the output from imessagedebug.

Everything looks ok so far.

Have you removed any invalid devices from your iCloud account and Apple ID account ?

Disconnect from the network and :
Open a Finder window and click on your User Name then in a blank area right click and select
Show View Options and from the resulting window select Show Library Folder.

Open the newly revealed Library folder and select Caches
From the Caches folder delete all files and folders beginning with :
  • com.apple.iCloudHelper
  • com.apple.imfoundation.IMRemoteURLConnectionAgent
  • com.apple.Message
In Finder navigate to Username/Library/Preferences and delete all files and folders beginning with
  • com.apple.iChat.
  • com.apple.icloud.
  • com.apple.ids.service
  • com.apple.imagent.
  • com.apple.imessage.
  • com.apple.imservice.

Open a Terminal window and type :
Code:
sudo nvram -c
Press return and type your password and press return again.
Empty the Trash and Restart.

Reconnect to the network and test again.

Thank you for the long answer.
I've done that and I get the message to contact Apple and a Client Code..

Very strange. If you have done all of that and tested with different Apple IDs then that doesn't leave much else that it can be.
Maybe your IP address is black listed.
One other thing someone posted about the other day was setting up a wireless hotspot with his phone and then he was able to connect like that but looking at your screenshots it looks like you don't have a wireless interface.
