from the guide you followed:

Note: Please, DO NOT forget HFSPlus.efi. Without it, you won't see any HFS+ partitions, including the HFS+ partition that the OS X installer is on.

Yes, and it's already included.

It shows me this error, after adding SATA-100-series-unsupported.kext to kext/Others folder.

All of the needed kext files are already included.

download latest version of VoodooPS2Controller.kext, the version you have is quite old

I cannot format (or erase) the partition, to install the system on it.

Can I create an empty GPT partition in Windows? To be able to install macOS on it ?

I don't know why is there not any GBs left, the entire disk is used and it's completely empty.
