Hi everyone,

At first, I want to thank tonymacx86 staff and community, they're doing a great job!

I've been trying to install macOS Sierra on my laptop since 3 days(by following tonymacx86's guide), but it fails again and again...

I've already searched for other threads in the forum, but there wasn't any solution.

My laptop specifications
---------------------------

Mobo:
Asus ROG GL752VW
Current OS: Windows 10 Home 64-bit
Dual-boot: Ubuntu 16.04
RAM: 8 GB
Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-6700HQ CPU @ 2.60GHz (8 CPUs), ~2.6GHz
BIOS model: GL752VW.214 (UEFI)
Graphic cards: Intel(R) HD Graphics 530 && NVIDIA GeForce GTX 960M
USB size: 32 GB

What I've tried...
---------------------------

  • Adding the following arguments to Clover boot-flag [dart=0 npci=0x3000 cpus=1 kext-dev-mode=1 PCIRootUID=1]
  • Adding [nv_disable=1] to Clover boot-flag.
  • Trying to boot with [-v] and [-x] and both of them.

My BIOS configuration
---------------------------

Internal Pointing Device:
Disabled
Wake on Lid Open: Enabled
Intel Virtualization Technology: Disabled
Intel AES-NI: Disabled
VT-d: Disabled
SMART Settings: Enabled
SATA Configuration: AHCI
Network Stack: Disabled
Legacy USB Support: Auto
USB Mass Storage Driver Support: Enabled
Launch CSM: Enabled
Launch PXE 0pR0M policy: Enabled
Secure Boot: Disabled

Follow the Clover guide linked from the FAQ.

https://www.tonymacx86.com/threads/faq-read-first-laptop-frequent-questions.164990/

Clover guide is linked from the first question.

Sorry, but I think it's a little bit complicated. I've followed THIS GUIDE and it's somehow different comparing to THIS GUIDE. Of course it is, but what I've meant is, should I install macOS Sierra from scratch again by following your thread? I already did most of those steps, but I don't know from where should I begin? Btw Clover is already installed on my USB.

Thank you.

Thank you RehabMan. After following your guide ("from scratch") step by step, I'm facing a problem now during the boot.

I've also attached the EFI folder.

Thanks.
