Need help installing Mojave onto my laptop

that is a little old now and won't work on latest Mojave

i use version 4862 which you can download via sourceforge or try the latest version

does your laptop see the usb to boot from when you turn your machine on?

I upgraded it to 4920 (deleted the efi folder and reinstalled clover to it) and added everything required again. Still black screen.
Yes, my laptop does detect the USB as bootable and UEFI.

check to make sure all your BIOS settings are correct

could be issue with your usb stick, also try all your ports

maybe re-make your usb installer

maybe add a new boot option:

I manually added boot options, tried all the ports, re-made the installer, and I know the USB works correctly.
Maybe my laptop's hardware is just not supported by clover?
