Can someone help me with this little problem?
@kgp friend can you give me some advice, thanks and excellent work.

What exactly does not work? You cannot boot your system? Usually, if AptioMemoryFix.efi does not work, it helps to reflash the mainboard BIOS.

I have my system working, the only problem is that NVRAM is not working, in your guide you indicate that we should use AptioMemoryFix.efi for a native NVRAM, but in my case it does not work.

I have my bios updated, unlocked and with microcodes applied.

I need to know if my only option is Clover's RC Scripts.
Thank you.

I would like to know how other users with this same motherboard solved it.

Again please specify what means AptioMemoryFix does not work! Exactly describe errors and issues! All information you provided so far is totally useless.

Do you use TSCResetAdjust.kext?

So here is what I get in more detail:
.
So I get:

a) without ssdt injection
All works fine after fresh boot, even hotplugging
After wake from sleep, all TB3 / USB functionality is gone, does not work anymore

b)with ssdt injection
all works fine
wake from sleep does not work, even when no devices are attached to the card

I am not sure I will ever find a solution with my limited knowledge. This also seems very card dependant.
I might try another card.
Regards, Michael

I'm sorry maybe it's because my English is not my language, but I do not know how to explain it to you.

Hi kgb
Just out of curiosity..... which HW version of the Alpine Ridge TB3 card do you have?
It seems there is now a version 2 only available.
Thanks, Michael

I have rev.2.0 and in my case on my X299 system TB and USB-C HotPlug incl. sleep/wake works flawless with THB_C removed.

That is interesting.... when I remove the header cable, TB3 is not active anymore / and not show in bios, although the card is plugged in.
How did you achieve that TB3 works when you remove the header cable? For my board, it seems to be a requirement to have TBC_C plugged in to have TB3 functionality enabled.
Thanks, Michael

I removed the TBEX 3 long time ago as it turned out to be pretty unstable and unreliable. With previous versions of my TB-SSDT it was proven to work. I did not test the TBEX 3 recently with SSDT-X299-TB3HP-TTR.aml and just expected that the latter should also work with the TBEX 3. It might well be that it stopped working not only because of several modifications in SSDT-X299-TB3HP-TTR.aml but also maybe because of recent MB BIOS updates...

Also note that there are different version of the TBEX 3. I always used the one that came with the ASUS Prime X299 Deluxe as my Asus X99-A II does not have any. This however is definitely not the same adaptor which comes along with the Asus X99 Deluxe II.

In any case, I don't use any TBEX 3 for quite some time and in fact I won't provide any future support for this unreliable and unstable TB-adapter.
