[SUCCESS] Gigabyte Designare Z390 (Thunderbolt 3) + i7-9700K + AMD RX 580

Bonjour y'all!
I have just updated to "Custom BIOS F9i with Latest Intel Micro Code, 0xEA"
PLUS opencore 0.7.0.
and almost everything is cool.
The only thing I noticed is that I lost Thunderbolt Hot Swap.
Now I have to reboot in order for drives to show up.
Anyone else experiencing this?
I checked my BIOS and all settings are correct according to @CaseySJ specs.
Let's check your ACPI settings first. Simply open config.plist in OpenCore Configurator (make sure it is set to 0.7.0 Release Version) and post screenshot of ACPI page.

The screen turn completely black for about 15 seconds. The computer mouse is slow and apps are loading slowly as well. Any open folders take 15-30 seconds to load the icons. This isn't normal behavior for this machine.
This is completely different thing, we were focused on OpenCore loading process...
Please list your hardware

So the computer boots up fully and then this happens?

Which version of macOS is this?

When did the problem start?

If you suspect the problem is due to OpenCore 0.7.0, simply try going back to your previous 0.6.9 EFI folder. If the problem goes away, then that provides an important clue and we can help further.

Actually the OpenCore settings were quite a bit off as well.
