Having a similar problem, chrome is working fine after sleep. It is just safari can't play any web content, video or audio. Audio/video in chrome works after sleep fine. Maybe it's an issue with safari?

Your ioreg shows CPU PM not implemented (and therefore also IGPU PM not implemented).
Also USB WiFi is a bad idea...
Using the minStolenSize patch instead of setting DVMT-prealloc correctly may be relevant.

I am still using voodoohda but when I completly deleted android file explorer the problems with the sleep disappeared. Then I had hard time setting up my new dw1600 wifi card but finally I have working bluetooth, wifi, hotspot and 5ghz across linux, windows and of course mac os. I don't need hdmi audio so I am ok with VoodooHDA.
I am happy using my complete hackintosh, thank you very much for your help.
