I started from beginning with dsdt and ssdt patches and still kernel panic because of ssdt.aml generated by the script. Nvidia is disabled now still no hdmi. Video playing problem persists.

Boot verbose, attach photo. Attach EFI/Clover folder as ZIP (omit 'themes' folder).

And...
If you can't boot, how do you have "Video playing problem"?

I removed the ssdt.aml to boot.

MacBookPro13,x tends to cause panic if you have locked MSR 0xe2 (a patch could probably be created).
Use different SMBIOS (such as MacBookPro11,1).

With macbookpro11,2 smbios hdmi and cpu managment are working but no sleep. After sleep laptop wakes instantly.

Attach EFI/Clover folder as ZIP (press F4 at main Clover screen before collecting). Please eliminate 'themes' directory. Provide only EFI/Clover, not the entire EFI folder.

Attach output of (in Terminal):

sudo touch /System/Library/Extensions && sudo kextcache -u /

Compress all files as ZIP. Do not use external links. Attach all files using site attachments only.

Tested cpu power stepping with intel power gadget and it works. After sleep Photoshop and Final Cut Pro are also not working but 3D editing programs like AutoCAD, 3D Development Programs like Unity and 3D games like NFS Carbon work good after and before sleep.
