Major Sleep issue after Sierra update

ok got it all have been replaced and heres everything compressed w/out the themes , thank you gonna reboot hopefully I boot :)

Attach ioreg and run this in terminal attach files in a zip.

rm -Rf ~/Downloads/RehabMan
mkdir ~/Downloads/RehabMan
cd ~/Downloads/RehabMan
patchmatic -extract

You don't have patchmatic installed. Attach ioreg.

Looks good. Make sure that Powernap is disabled & Wake on Lan is disabled in system preferences/energy saver then test sleep.
 
Sleep is still working.. Has been since disabling thunderbolt. my main problems are still no USB 3 on front ports and some weird lag when opening applications or downloads from the dock, also when launching the dock folders if theres any sound or music playing it makes like a glitchy sound ?

You're USB configuration is messed up. You have EHC1, EHC2 which isn't correct. Series 9 uses XHC for USB 2. What do you have installed in Library Extensions?
