I just wanted to say Thank you for your tireless dedication, I have been using your guides for years to update since like 10.8 or 10.9 and I have to say this was the easiest and runs much better than before since I have gotten upgraded to 10.12. Speedstep seems to be running much better, love the lower wattage idle. Thanks again!
Hi! Thank you so much shilohhfor your hard work! It's amazing to see working macOS on my pc! But I have 1 little problem and I hope you can help me to solve it! I have the same setup as yours, and I can't get working my CPU on overclocked frequencies. I have 4.4 in stable for long years, here is a pic on bottom. Hope you can help me! Thanks a lot!!
Edit: Sorry if I miss the answer in this thread

I'm using x44 multiplier, 1.32v voltage all on manual. Now I have an experiments with ssdtPRGen and it's generate for me an SSDT file with stock clocks... replacing the SSDT-9 in EFI and my clocks on 4.0ghz... Maybe you can help me to set needed keys with ssdtPRGen for build with 4,4ghz?
Here is a new log:
shilohh is there any way to create SSDT's for 4 port Kepler Nvidia cards in slots 1 and 4 that are capable of having HDMI audio with CSM disabled? my setup really has no need for CSM and macOS runs a tad better and doesn't visually stretch the image during boot with my fully UEFI bootable MSI lightning 780's?
It's really just a personal preference but it's the one thing that bugs me everytime I boot

Having to use CSM is determined by the GPU's VBIOS (whether it is UEFI compatible). Using 2 UEFI compatible GPUs shouldn't cause you to need CSM. I use 2 maxwell cards with CSM disabled.
HDMI audio requires ACPI injection (SSDT, DSDT or kext injection) of the HDMI audio device (HDEF). We used to have to add all the card's properties (NVCAP, ports & more) via DSDT/SSDT to get them to work, but nvidia started injecting device properties via their web drivers (kext injection). If properties are injected twice, it can create a conflict (panic). One example is, I used to have to add the property "nvParent" for the 1st card and "nvChild" for all additional cards but a version of the web drivers broke when nvidia added functionality for multiple cards to the web drivers. If the current web driver injects HDEF, then we shouldn't. If it doesn't, then we need to for HDMI audio to work. It's tricky now because I'm not positive what to inject into the ACPI tables for each card and web driver version. The safe bet is to do the minimum and test. If HDMI audio doesn't work, then add HDEF (or whatever properties/functionality we're trying to achieve).
Well I'm not sure exactly how to do any of that outside of the provided apps you supplied, but I'm on 10.12.3 with the most current nvidia web drivers and I have never been able to get HDMI audio with CSM disable so I have been stuck leaving it on, HDMI and my TV don't even show up in the sound settings with it disabled

Yes I'm using ssdt's from the current file the December update, clover is build is 4003 that has some new nvidia setting that your config files don't use but adding it in changes nothing
And yes I have the latest and probably last vbios from MSI for these cards, before I updated them they did not have UEFI boot ability
