As you are not using the files from this guide, Please post your CLOVER/ACPI/patched folder and list all the kexts you've installed in SLE or clover.
/S/L/E only had The DummyUSBXHC.kext form the insanely USB 3 fix thread. I stripped it down to only have OSBundleLibraries and only com.apple.driver.usb.AppleUSBXHCI showing v 1.0. This is the only thing that prevented the panic for me. I removed it so nothing in /S/L/E now.

FakeSMC and its plugins are the latest Kozlek releases. If I strip down the kexts folder to just FakeSMC I still get the panic.
The Clover.config file has patches for the Wifi/Audio Toleda clover binary patching.
The ssdt.aml is the one you patched for me and the other for the CPU 12 core which is from Rampage's patch set. I did try all the SSDT's in your patch set except the ssdt-9.aml and your config file.
