I've see your input in BrcmPatchRAM2.kextRemove the kernel flag that i sent to you and remove these two BrcmPatchRam2.kext and BrcmFirmwareRepo.kext files.
Instead try using these that i modified by adding support for your bluetooth:

<dict>
<key>CFBundleIdentifier</key>
<string>com.no-one.BrcmPatchRAM2</string>
<key>DisplayName</key>
<string>Broadcom BCM20702 Bluetooth 4.0 USB Device</string>
<key>FirmwareKey</key>
<string>BCM20702A1_001.002.014.1315.1338_v5434</string>
<key>IOClass</key>
<string>BrcmPatchRAM2</string>
<key>IOMatchCategory</key>
<string>BrcmPatchRAM2</string>
<key>IOProviderClass</key>
<string>IOUSBHostDevice</string>
<key>idProduct</key>
<integer>8894</integer>
<key>idVendor</key>
<integer>2652</integer>
</dict>
Unfortunately the BCM20702A1_001.002.014.1315.1338.zhx file is not available in BrcmFirmwareRepo.kext.
