Remove the kernel flag that i sent to you and remove these two BrcmPatchRam2.kext and BrcmFirmwareRepo.kext files.
Instead try using these that i modified by adding support for your bluetooth:
I've see your input in BrcmPatchRAM2.kext

Unfortunately the BCM20702A1_001.002.014.1315.1338.zhx file is not available in BrcmFirmwareRepo.kext.

For whatever reasons they removed it which i don't know why (it was already supported previously). i tried to build from source and added support but it was giving me some errors therefore i just tried to edit the kext instead.

We might need to sent Pull Request to @RehabMan & @the-darkvoid as they might add support for this one or tell use another way to fix this.

I found a trace of BCM20702A1_001.002.014.1315.1338_v5434 in an old version of BrcmPatchRAM.kext V1.4.1 released on 16 Feb 2015 (https://github.com/the-darkvoid/BrcmPatchRAM/releases).

The "binary" is encapsulated in the file info.list

I came back to my Mojave install after some time (hadn't had time to work on it and was running HS). Boot was excruciatingly slow...because I was installing the .3 update (had forgotten I'd DL'd it.) I updated Clover (via Clover Configurator) and the kexts with newer versions (Lilu, WhateverGreen and FakeSMC I believe). I then updated to .4 via SU. Everything seems to be working fine.

I'll probably start transitioning to running Mojave full time shortly. I had been running two SSDs (a boot and users drive and a data drive) as I couldn't fit everything on one (500 GB each). My Mojave install is on a 1 TB SSD, so I'll be back to a single drive which'll be nice. I will have to think about how I set up music and pictures (via iTunes and Photos) as those had been on the data drive.

Hello.

I bought 4 of these for my HP 8300, i7vPro
but they don't seem to work.
Now apart from the fact that the sticks might be defect, inferior brand etc
the specifications are correct, agreed?
From whats on the sticker they should work in my computer no?

Kind regards,
Great guide!

@pablovanwetten - yes but there are reasons why they might not, some memory is not compatible for complex reasons, some will work with amd cpus only others have timing issues with some motherboards but are fine with others. Probably best to find a motherboard where you can set the memory speed to 1333 when they are more likely to work but also ask those you purchased from they often know and can advise better. In the meantime try each stick by itself to see if it posts.

+1 to what nicksoph has stated. It has been my experience that most of the major brands of ram such as Samsung/Hynix and Crucial/Micron will always work as long as they are 1600 MHz DDR3 and 1.5v. The G.Skill Ripjaws brand with a latency of 9 instead of 11 has worked with no problems for years for me. The standard latency is 11. I'm not sure where Zifei is getting the ram from but it's probably not from any of the sources mentioned above.

Here's the exact match to what usually shipped in these from the factory. Price is very good too. Can be sure it will work.
If you can return what you have and buy two kits of this it will likely be your best choice.

When you see 12800S that should indicate a SO-DIMM or laptop ram. Not sure why yours has this ?
