Hi!
I'm experiencing a similar issue, even tho i'm not sure it is exactly the same.
I have two SSD. One for macOS (Sierra, latest version) and one for Windows 10.
When I'm using macOS, then reboot, i get no signal at all. I can't even see the BIOS screen starting up.
However, when I press enter to select macOS (first disk in the clover boot screen) without seeing the screen, the signal comes back at the login screen.
If I resboot from Windows 10, I don't have any problem. I get the BIOS screen displayed, and the clover menu normally.
Any toughts?
