I'm using the two .aml files from ssdt-z370-tb3hp.zip.

Before using those, the system cannot detect my thunderbolt device after sleep. (I'm using LunaDisplay, which turns iPad into a second display.)
Now the system can detect the device but when I try to connect with my iPad, my main monitor goes off, it seems the video output is turned off.

I connect my main monitor to the GPU's DisplayPort.
Connect GPU's second DisplayPort to one of Thunderbolt card's mini DisplayPort.
LunaDisplay is connected to Thunderbolt port.

Everything works fine before sleep, have to restart the system to get it to work again.

Not sure if this is related to the BIOS version, I'm on F11 right now.
Will try downgrade to F10 later.

Well, it turns out the BIOS version for GB Z370 Gaming 7 with the same description is F7.
After downgrading to F7, still the same: all video output's gone if I try to connect after sleep.

Dude THANKYOU! This saved my ass so much. Just getting into editing and making custom DSDTs and SSDTs and just to let you know this method worked perfectly for my clients Gigabyte Z390 Auros Pro. Heres the thing..it was for Titan Ridge, it labelled itself as alpine ridge, but it worked using the PCI "X" and RP "XX" replacements in the dsdt

I just installed the 2 aml files behind this link: DOWNLOAD SSDT-Z370-THB3HP, rebooted and now I can sleep and wake my Hack by hand without ill effects. This is great!
Until now, USB devices connected to my USB-c ports would not be re-attached at wake, and my audio interface connected via a TB3 -TB2-Ethernet adapter tree would be kicked off and would only return after a restart.

Will keep testing for evil side-effects.

BTW, this is using the built-in TB3 on my Z170x-UD5-TH. It has the same TB PCH ACPI paths as Lele's z300 board.

Removed the 2 Thunderbolt/USB-C related aml files. Shutdown works again. This means back to no sleep, unfortunately.

I'm having an issue with the Gigabyte Alpine Ridge Thunderbolt 3 card.
Motherboard: Gigabyte Z390 Gaming X
CPU: i9 9900K
Video Card: Vega 64
Thunderbolt 3 Card: Gigabyte Alpine Ridge Thunderbolt 3

Basically the card works in Windows 10 Pro. no issues.
Since I plugged in the card MacOS doesn't boot.
After Clover I see the Apple Logo bUT NO progress bar appears.

Anyone has an idea why is so?
Thanks in advance!

Go to your boot options in BIOS and Enable above 4G decoding.
