Solving NVIDIA Driver Install & Loading Problems

My first guess here is that you can't be disabling AppleGraphicsDevicePolicy.kext. My second guess is the port you are using isn't enabled by the web driver, try another port on your graphics card.
I've not had any trouble with the EVGA GTX970 SSC in 10.11.5

I haven't disabled the kext but I did apply the patch
