No core reading? Compare you AppleInfoKext output with mine to know if things at your side work correctly.

By thw way, do you still use cpus=1?
No! No need cpus=1 after xpcm 1
Screen demonstrates Geekbench 4.1 64bit test
You have default Sampling Resolution in IPG? Mine is 100ms

Try to run cinebench instead to better compare with my IPG results.

It seems you do not use OC? Did you define the turbo frequency (max. frequency) when running ssdtPRGen.sh?

e.g. ssdtPRGen.sh -turbo 4200 (in case you do a OC of 42 = 4200 Mhz)

You can now also enable again EIST and use PMDrvr.kext..

By the way your result of

MSR_CORE_THREAD_COUNT............(0x35) : 0x0

------------------------------------------

- Core Count........................... : 8

- Thread Count......................... : 16

is fine!

I use ssdtPRGen.sh -a CPU0 -turbo 4000 (4000 is a stock Turbo freeq. for my CPU as per Intel ark)
XMP in BIOS and Clover off (should I turn on XMP Profile 1 in Clover also?)
Screen demostrates 2 tests.
First "peak" is CPU
Second is OpenGL loading test
Third "peak" in OpenGL test running
So, with EIST off, my limit is 3.5, no Turbo at all.
Can you also please help me with fix to "flatter" idle around 1.2. Why it is so crazy and jumpy at idle?
Thank you!

1.) Just manually run repeatedly the Cinbench CPU benchmark (forget about OpenGL benchmark!)
2.) leave longer idle times in between the max. load conditions (individual CPU benchmark runs)!

Do you understand what I mean???

Your max. frequency seems to saturate at 3.2 Ghz instead of 4.0 Ghz! This does not depend on the stock turbo frequency of the CPU. It mainly depends on your mobo settings, i.e. it depends on the max. Frequency you define in the mobo BIO (see Section Overclocking in my Guide). You can also Enable "Sync all cores" in the BIOS to obtain smoother IPG results.

Thank you for tips kgp!
I've done everything in Overclocking and EIST sections in guide and now I've got this graph!
OC - 4000
Seems good to me!
You can add ASUS X99-E WS/USB3.1 Mobo, but USB3.1 ports are still untested because I don't have any 3.1 device to test.
Now I will continue my journey with enabling Thundebolt EX3 board.

Perfect! Congrats man! You are done!

Scores a bit less then yours but your CPU much more powerful. But main thing is that CPU graphs are ok and idle is around 1.2Ghz, stress is full 4Ghz flatline.

Everything fine

Device that connected to Thunderbolt EX3 card does not recognized by Sierra 10.12.5
I've done everything as described in thread
TB tech - ON
Security - Legacy mode (also tested with Unique ID)
Correct PCIe Slot (in my case PCIe_2 as per MoBo manual)
PCIe Cache limit - 128
Do I need something more to tweak? Please suggest!

You know that hotplugging doesn't work, you have to have your TB device connected on boot.
