Stuck on Apple Logo when i start installation.

Hi, i started installation from my working sierra, so i selected boot mac os install from Macintosh HD, but when i boot it, it got stucked on apple boot logo without loading bar, and if i run in verbose mode i got this. help?!?!

EDIT: i have not installed nvidia driver, for mac i use my intel hd graphics 530, i also tried to upgrade without APFS because i have an HDD, i upgraded Clover and Kext, i do all the things that i need to do, but i don’t know why it happens!
