Solving NVIDIA Driver Install & Loading Problems

Yes but if you see I have already this version an my Nvidia.

And I have install the last update with specter fix.

On App Store I don’t have any update

Nope, your screenshot shows that you are trying to install driver version 378.10.10.10.25.106 which is for 17C2205 not 17C205. The details matter. You need the driver I posted a link to, 378.10.10.10.25.104.

Did the Apps Store update yesterday (without doing a backup grrrr.....)
El Capitan v. 10.11.6 (15G19009)
NVIDIA Web Driver: 346.03.15f11 (Not Compatible)
EVGA GTX750 TI FTW

Would very much appreciate your help please.

Hi, i'd be grateful of any help that can be offered with this. I’m struggling with Problem 6 (back on page 1): “You select Nvidia Web Drivers in the menu bar or the Nvidia Driver Manager preference pane but when you restart OS X Default Graphics Driver is checked”.

My OS is 10.13.3 and I have recently installed a NVIDIA GeForce GTX 980

I’ve managed to download the right drivers from other threads about the required driver for the new release of 10.13.3, but the fix for Problem 6 won’t work as clover won’t install / configure on this version of OSX. I do have clover installed from an earlier version but never got it to work. Is there any other way to fix the Default Driver issue without using Clover?

I've managed to fix this now by doing a PRAM reset... (CMD + OPTION + P+R)
