Thanks guys. I still don't understand the NIC problem because I can use Ethernet connection with 'EthernetBuiltIn=No'.
Anyways let me summarize things a bit for you:
The only way I can get signal and native resolution after boot is using 'EthernetBuiltIn=No' flag.
I waited as you said bit the display never kicks in.
Took out DVD drive to see if power was the problem but I couldn't get any signal without disabling NIC.
As said earlier this bootflag causes iCloud, iMessage etc. problems and I'd like to use these features (iCloud at least). I have noteced the Falsh videos won't start as well but downloaded 1080p videos are fine also PhotoShop CS6.
