My best guess is that your OC is unstable but the relevant part of your panic report is:
Code:

Just change the oc?

Just change the oc?
Try with optimized defaults for a while. If the problem goes away, you know that was it. You can go back and overclock again later but you'll want to find better voltages if your current OC was the problem.

Don't forget to set the boot settings of the bios as I've outlined in the guide after you set optimized defaults.

Optimized defaults loaded. BIOS is same as guide and screenshot except I turned my boards wifi controller off since I have a PCIE one. It just hit me that the wifi card might need SSDT patching similar to how the GPU did? Most recent crash is in the "Most Recent" folder. Also posted below.

my second chance to give hackintosh life ;) all is great but I have issues with sleep and monitor sleep. if computer goes to sleep - it trying to wake up (i can understand it by - power indicator lights and monitor tried to power on) but it freezes. turned off sleep mode stay with just monitor power off after some time. after it trying wake up - the same problem - monitor turns on and then turns off and system freezes. I've tried to check if X79MacPro61SpeedStep.kext loaded but I can't see it in list of loaded kexts:
Code:

i've checked that it installed by KextBeast
Code:
shashilx-pc:~ shashilx$ cd /System/Library/Extensions/
shashilx-pc:Extensions shashilx$ ls -la|grep X79
drwxr-xr-x@ 3 root wheel 102 Jan 16 01:45 X79MacPro61SpeedStep.kext
so it's installed but not loaded, what's wrong?

also I was having issues with Finder random freezes until I've downloaded MultiBeast El Capitan version and install Intel Generic AHCI SATA in Disk section.
and the last - can I ask you why old version of AppleIntelE1000e.kext used for installation and post installation purposes? 2.4.14 used and the last actual version is 3.3.1. i've tried latest version and found no issues with it. I'm on R4E 4901 bios

@erod998,
again, looks like AppleIntelCPUPowerManagement.kext is the issue. Please make sure C1E (CStates), IEST (Intel Enhanced SpeedStep), and Turbo are enabled in the BIOS. Why do you use a PCIE WiFi card? The built in one works great with the injection used in SSDT-0.

Not sure about this. My system is sleeping and waking fine. Sounds like a kernel panic on wake. Look for clues in the logs to diagnose.

so it's installed but not loaded, what's wrong?
It's actually just a dummy kext that overrides: /System/Library/Extensions/IOPlatformPluginFamily.kext/Contents/PlugIns/X86PlatformPlugin.kext/Contents/Resources/Mac-F60DEB81FF30ACF6.plist "StepContextDict" with StepContextDict from Mac-F65AE981FFA204ED.plist (MacMini6,2) for more States and better Low Power performance. It has a symbolic link to use the OEM X86PlatformPlugin binary. You can see that X79MacPro61SpeedStep.kext is actually loaded because X86PlatformPlugin shows version 9.1.1 instead of 1.0.0.

also I was having issues with Finder random freezes until I've downloaded MultiBeast El Capitan version and install Intel Generic AHCI SATA in Disk section.
Instead of installing that kext, setting HotPlug to disabled in the BIOS for your boot drive's SATA port would achieve the same functional result (OS X sees the disk as a internal drive and does not give it a orange ejectable icon). Showing "C600/X79 Series Chipset" in System Information is purely cosmetic and has absolutely no effect on device function. I prefer not to install this kext because I use the Intel and ASMedia HotPlug functionality on my HotSwap drive bays on the front of my case. Installing that kext would kill HotSwap for all Intel SATA ports. 3rd Party SATA kext would kill HotSwap for ASMedia ports. Just set the BIOS correctly and those kexts aren't needed. I will add a not about this in the guide.

I've had intermittent problems with newer versions of the kext. 2.4.14 has worked flawlessly for me. I'm not sure I've tried that particular version, but feel free to let us all know how it works in the long run. "If it ain't broke, fix it till' it is" ;)

No idea, just did the PCIE one for some reason. Taken out now. Vt-d is disabled correct? Intel CPU Virtualization Technology is Enabled. Everything in CPU Power Management Configuration is Enabled except Package C State Limit is Auto. Should the stuff be Auto?

Yes Vt-d DISABLED. Usually optimized defaults sets everything right for SpeedStep and basic system function but its possible your earlier OC setting overrode some stuff that stuck. I've found it necessary to do CMOS resets at times to recover from bad settings.

Booted into the Yosemite drive with current BIOS settings. No crash yet. Might not mean anything since completely different installs. Prime95 has ran for hours and no issues. Should I try reinstalling the speed step kext from the post install folder? EDIT; tried this, no help.
