I have a msi b550m pro dash motherboard with Ryzen 5pro 4650g APU(Integrated Vega 7 Graphics) with 2 8gb corsair 3000mhz ram with 250gb kingston nvme m2 ssd and 2TB seagate hdd.But no dedicated graphics card.Help me how to install hackintosh with my pc.And also tell me is Final Cut Pro free or not...Please Help me with complete process...

The CPU integrated graphics of the Ryzen APU is not supported on MacOS as no Macs use it. So as it is your system does not work properly with MacOS.

Final Cut Pro is not free. It costs US$300. There is a 90 day trial :

I know it’s currently unsupported, but given my recent success with the Atari VCS which has AMD APU too and could boot Mojave and Big Sur I’m more than happy to assist here.

My suggestion is try to use Opencore 0.6.5 for the build and try using High Sierra first. Get a DSDT made for your system from your BIOS and use that in the ACPI folder with my VCS’ EFI files basis using the Vega 64 aml. That should get you started.
