Use my latest EFI then. It should work with 11.4. And make sure your BIOS settings are what I’ve stated in my guide.
With this EFI the system started up.
The video is output through an external video card.

But after all, I need to display the image through igpu and hdmi / type-c on the rear panel :)
Yes I know. Which is why I was going to suggest next, you could try -igfxtypec and see if that works with your new configuration. :D

I tried. Graphics are output through an external video card.
In IOREG, I can see that igpu has loaded.

I found the reason for the incorrect display of graphics. The problem was the missing setting in the BIOS - Initial Display Output with the CSM turned off. I turned on CSM, changed Initial Display Output to IGFX, and turned off CSM. Graphics are initialized correctly through 07009B3E framebuffer. Now there is a new problem - when trying to install the system everything freezes without rebooting. The time to hang is always different. I get a panic that I can't catch.
:(

Disabled CSM - no Initial Display Output parameter
