[Guide] Lenovo ThinkPad T440P

Hey guys, thanks for all your help on this. However, I seem to have a problem
USB was working, but after I ran the install.sh under alc_fix, sound started working but all USB ports stopped.

Anyone else get this problem?

also, under show system information, it shows "USB3.0 Bus"

USB 3.0 Bus:

Host Controller Driver: AppleUSBXHCILPTH
PCI Device ID: 0x8c31
PCI Revision ID: 0x0004
PCI Vendor ID: 0x8086


but when I plug in a mouse there is power to the device, but nothing...

No "Problem Reporting" files attached.
Read FAQ, "Problem Reporting" again. Carefully. Attach all requested files/output.

Use the gen_debug.sh tool mentioned in the FAQ, that way it is less likely you'll omit something.

It seems models with switchable graphics only (Intel HD Graphics 4600 in processor and NVIDIA GeForce GT 730M) are capable to support max resolution 3840x2160@60Hz (DP via mDP cable), 1920x1200@60Hz (VGA).

For models with Intel HD Graphics 4600:
3840x2160@30Hz (DP via mDP cable); 1920x1200@60Hz (VGA)

but switchable graphics is not supported via MacOS right?

Macs use proprietary Apple GMUX. The software for GMUX not compatible with the method used on non-Apple PCs.
