Anyone having issues where airplay mirroring gets stuck? The computer doesn't freeze but the image on the HDTV does. Could be my network (I'm on wifi and will be buying power line ethernet adapter soon) but thought I would ask here in the off chance it happened to anyone else.
Last night I did another fresh Mavericks install, using the original Dasdf method and got the same graphics issue. I then added basic boot options which fixed the graphics but app store and iMessage still don't work. I am using wireless TP-Link PCI Express Wifi Adapter.
I tried this...
I used the default no dsdt option plus your recommended plus 1080p and verbose boot.
Everything is working except the App Store and iMessage (couldn't get iMessage to work before though) as far as I can tell.
Fresh install of Mavericks following Dasdf's guide.
Worked great for a day or two then one day my graphics dropped to 64mb (should be 1048 on a intel hd4600).
I tried multi-beast again and reset my bios settings to no avail, and now Multibeast will error if I try to install any "customize"...
I did a fresh install twice and same issue. I double check bios and everything is what it's supposed to be.
Now when I try multi beast it errors if I try to install any thing from the "customize" options (like verbose boot etc.)
When I first boot it is a text screen to choose boot drive...
It happens between the gray apple logo boot screent and the OSX log in screen just full screen of static.
Like this but a lighter gray.

But now I have another issue I hit the reset button on my case, an Fractal Design R4 and it messed up...
What settings did you use in multibeast?
I can only boot in -x when I try normal or -v it hangs at fakeSMC and goes no further.
GA-Z87X-UD3H
HD4600
i5 4670
I have same Motherboard, but no graphics card just onboard 4600, I can boot in safe mode -x but not anything else, I run -v and it stalls out on the fakeSMC any thoughts? I used the new 6.0 version of multibeast and running mavericks. in safe mode everything seems to work though there is a lot...
Any complaints/ideas about this build?
I am looking for it to be pretty quiet, but still pack some power for gaming in windows.
I wont have an optical drive in it, I have a spare if I need one for any installation. (I also have a mac mini Late 2009)
I have a apple usb keyboard, a magic mouse...
