How do I get sound working on 10.9.5 without a boot loader installed to my Internal HD (Booting a Raid 0 set from a USB with Clover on)
Create dsdt using my guide and place it in (EFI partition of your clover USB drive) /EFI/clover/ACPI/patched. Also install lates 898 kext from multibeast.

hi i have been trying to install mac os for quite a while, but in my case 780ti seems to be the thing that holds me back. i think i did everything exactly like your guide says but after nv_disable=1 boot argument initialises the everything stops, is there anything i can do about this?View attachment 105830
I don't think this is gpu related. Please boot without caches and wait 15 min to see if anything else prints after the Bluetooth controller stuff at the end.

Hi, everyone ...

I'd like to ask... what things should I keep in mind to have a successful OC.

So far, I've been using my build (very-very similar to @Shilohh, except for the RAMs and HDs).

Every time I try to go for more "punch" ... I get an error message ...
I'm new and I'm not sure exactly what I need to tweak.

Thank you !

hi shilo.
some question and help request please.
1. can you please prepare for me a ssdt-1 for my gtx 780 ti? i really don't know how to do it.

i have no knowledge in dsdt-ssdt edit. hope you can help me, thank you

Hi Shilohh,

I just purchased a second 780GTX for my setup and I have the same issue as Poine did like 20 threads back...

I have my first GTX780 in Slot1 on the MB and the 2nd GTX780 in slot 3 on my MB. I also have the Extreme IV like yourself. So I'm using Slots 1 and 3 for SLI config according to the manual.

Now when I boot the system simply halts on PCI configuration (I noticed this doing a verbose boot) and then the system keeps rebooting... btw, it totally resets all your BIOS settings.

I managed to get into my MACOSX by disabling slot 3 on the Lane Switch, great tip!

Can you please help me with creating new SSDTs?
Thanks so much in advance.

Let me know if you need any input from me?
Thanks.

[UPDATE]
I applied the same SSDT1 and SSDT3 files like you prepared for Poine and now I got both GPUs working at the same time (Switches 1 and 3 ON).

However, I only got this to work after deleting the DSDT from the EFI.
I tried making a new DSDT but that causes issues. It won't go to the logon screen.

Am I doing something wrong here?

[ FIXED !]

Dang i got it to work, thanks to your TIP to force the DEVICE to INJECT TRUE in the CONFIG.PLIST.
This did the trick. I also created a new DSDT and all booted up perfectly fine now.
