Gigabyte aero G ddr4 (3600mhz CL16 4x16GB) with E cores disabled and HT enabled on windows:I am interested in @ori69's setup because of the performance he's getting (14,000 on Geekbench5). Despite having the same DDR4 RAM & i9 CPU, I am only getting about 10,020 on GB5 on macOS and about 8,600 on Windows 10/11. I have reason to believe it is possibly due to the Asus Z690 Prime P D4's poorer motherboard design or possibly that the BIOS of the P D4 has not yet been optimised. I am keen to hear if anyone else has experienced anything similar using DDR4 on the Z690 what results they are getting.

With all cores and HT on. I think I am thermally limited from the noctua air cooler. Still trying to find a 360mm AIO that works well with macOS but haven’t been able to find one yet .
