any solution for this white screen problem.
First fill out your profile completely. Your motherboard is not Intel. Put HP Elite 8300 in that section plus whatever the form factor is. Is it SFF or MT ? For graphics put GT 710 there. For CPU which is it ? i5-3550, i5-3470, i5-3570 ?

After that, look at the guide again and read the part about submitting your problem reporting files. You can't be helped without providing those.

i followed the steps but after first installation complete then after boot mac Os mojave from HDD it goes process and then white screen comes up and stuck at that screen.
any solution for this white screen problem.

You are going to need to boot verbose and then take a picture of the screen where it stops.
Also how is your GT 710 connected ? VGA, DVI or HDMI ? To what kind of monitor ?

User @black.dragon74 has created a script (gen_debug.sh) that automates most of the "Problem Reporting" tasks

The part it cannot do is pressing F2 and F4 for you at the main Clover screen.
And of course, it only works for the case you can boot into your system.

If you have a problem booting, you must obtain and collect the verbose boot photo manually (and EFI/Clover).

Full details are here:

i followed the steps ..
You need to follow all of the instructions, - creating - " flash USB bootable Using MBR Partition " will not work without making 2 partitions etc. Use a GPT partition.

As nicksoph has said, it's a better choice to make a GPT partitioned USB installer. Your BIOS should be set for booting UEFI only anyway so there is no need or advantage to make it MBR for this HP desktop.

Here's how your BIOS should be set up. Go back and check it again to make sure it matches this:

General
Boot Sequence -> Boot List Option -> UEFI
Advanced Boot Options -> Uncheck - Enable Legacy Option ROMs

System Configuration
Serial Port -> Disabled
Sata Operation -> AHCI
Integrated NIC -> Enabled

Video
Primary Display -> Nvidia HD Graphics

You should be connected to your monitor with HDMI or DVI not VGA. HDMI is preferred over DVI.

Display Port does work correctly, you can use it no Problem.

VoodooHDA.kext is installed, therefore nowhere mentioned to be installed on this guide.
Remove it, rebuild caches and test.

What other issues do you have for now ?
Hello, wondering what VoodooHDA.kext has to do with video resolutions? I can't find reference to problems tied to its presence.

@trs96 , I've been having fun with the Optiplex line... is it worth it / interesting to get an HP 8300 Ultra Slim with i7-3770s? I will want wifi and bluetooth (I can add?) Any gotcha's with this form factor?
I'm the other way round - been using the 8300's and now looking at Optiplex! The USFF is decent, the fan situation has already been pointed out. Two DP is nice. Only gotcha I found is that the mSata for SSD is not full speed, so you are better off using a normal 2.5" drive. I've got wifi and bluetooth working but had to source aerials from Alixepress.

I purchased one last weekend. I'll update my profile (got a lot going on), but here's the details:
HP Elite 8300 Ultra-slim
i7 3770S
8GB RAM (2x4GB Kinsgston PC3L-12800S)
320GB HGST 6Gb/s 7200RPM
230W power supply
Great deal on eBay

Here's the bad news.... packing was horrible, just packing peanuts and flimsy USPS standard rate box (crushed).
Peanuts all crushed into the vent; power switch pushed back 45 degrees and "locked on" position.

I cleaned it all up and checked batter, power, continuity etc.

Switched on, working, so I proceed. BIOS upgrade to 2.99 first.

Then wipe the hard drive and start install; going good.

Here's where I need help! I installed AW-CE123H half mini, and antenna leads out the back... WiFi works great!
No Bluetooth.
(I've used this card in Optiplex AIO and works great).
Install windows. Also a NO SHOW for BT. Again, WiFi works great in Windows 10.

Is there something specific to 8300 USDT for WiFi+BT combo card? Documentation shows it as an option, at least in 8300 AIO line.

Help

What speed does the mSATA operate at? I just ordered a 250GB Samsung EVO mSATA thinking (in ignorance I guess) that was the way to go.
