So... you did the installation.
Rebooted.
Continued the installation booting from the "Install from macOS High Sierra".
When you finish the complete installation process (20…30 min depending on your system)... system reboot and you can't see the high Sierra disk.
It's correct?

Did you use apfs?
If yes did you put the apfs.efi driver in /efi/clover/drivers64UEFI ?
If not:
- mount the EFI partition (you can use clover configurator, "Mount EFI")
- navigate to EFI/CLOVER/drivers64UEFI
- Copy the attached apfs.efi (this is the last version, updated to 10.13.1) in that directory (EFI/CLOVER/drivers64UEFI)
- Reboot

I hope this work for you

What have you do?
Did you follow the step by steb guide in the first page?
Search for toleda patch and apply it.

Yes.
I followed it again and now I have audio by HDMI (Thanks!!), although in About This Mac, graphics card show like 6xxx, but seems to works fine. There are any test to confirm it?.

Another problem... Computer turn off suddenly. Before to turn on again, I need to disconnect from AC and wait 5 seconds. Maybe It would be for the graphics card temperature?, when computer turns off, I touch the graphics card and its very very hot.

How I suposse, the problem comes from graphics card temperature, which i think its too high.
I have installed a second cooler near of it, and I was able to reduce the temperature in 20 degrees.

I dont know why the fan of the graphics card only works sometimes and few seconds.... but not constant.
Do you know if Can I fix it?.

Thanks!

I think it's an hw issue.
Try remove the GPU fan and apply new termal paste.
And verify that the card work well.
Otherwise swap to another one...

Can you write the exact card model?

Yes, but you could have some issue still unsolved.
One for all: sleep/wake.
Others are related to apfs it you decide to convert to that file system.

I am having the same problem with wake from sleep as well. I did not allow it to convert to APFS when I upgraded to 10.13.1. I have the Asus Sabertooth X79 same chipset with Nvidia EVGA GTX 770 natively supported graphics card. I have noticed when the system wakes from sleep, all the LEDs on the motherboard are flashing like a some kind of crash occurred. It could be related to the USB ports possibly because USB is dead on wake.

Are the people who are running the AMD card R9-280 and alike having the same issue wake to black screen?
