Even though my system configuration is different, the instructions worked for the most part with macOS 10.12.1 (you can't download 10.12 anymore).

The only thing that isn't working is audio so I'm still troubleshooting.

I know 1080 GPU's aren't supported yet, but I got one for Windows. Should I be able to do the install with that card installed?
I plan to get a less pricey card later for use with OS X.

You'll need to use the on-board graphics HD530. See the Graphics forum section for more information, in particular, the 1070/1080 thread.

First time Hackintosh install, I followed Cmfusco11 guide since my hardware is pretty much the same. I succeeded in installing Sierra after a couple of tries in which I had problems with display drivers and audio. Finally i made everything work except some of the usb ports, only the 2 black USB 2.0 and one USB 3.0 blue port on the motherboard are working, while the other 3 USB 3.0 ports on the back and the 2 USB ports on the front of my case doesn't work. Any fixes for that?

Did you use Sierra 10.12 or 10.12.1? If you used 10.12 - where did you get it from?

I'm currently working on this same build.

I used Sierra 10.12.1. Everything works fine except USBs.

Thanks LostVector, it seems a quite complicated procedure...I'll try to work it out and let you know! thanks for the reply

You need to follow the USB procedure in this guide.

https://www.tonymacx86.com/threads/10-11-0-10-11-3-skylake-starter-guide.179221/#DetailedUSB

It is fairly complex, but does work. You might have to disable a couple of ports you don't use because of the 15 port limit.
I started the process but I had to stop almost immediately at point 7.2.1. My system wasn't identifying all the ports. So I ran Multibeast again enabling the Increase Port Limit option, then rebooted.
All of my USB ports now run perfectly. Do you think I'm good with that or do you believe I need to do the procedure as well in order to not having problems in the future? Thanks for help!
