The latest version of this post is updated to my blog.
I'm new to Hackintosh. When installed it on my pc, I almost got stuck at anywhere except post-installation. Firstly, if you hang on "Installing Bootloader" with Unibeast 9.0.0, please try to reinstall your macOS, which you use...
Updated from High Sierra to Mojave via Apple Store (downloaded on another Mac), 45min install, 3 restarts after a fresh install.
Audio fixed with Multibeast 10.4 - just installed AppleALC. All audio ports work.
Installed on 240GB SSD.
USB 3.0 seems to work as does everything else except for...
Prime Z370-A + i7 8700K Coffee Lake + Nvidia Quadro M2000
My first build :D
This has taken me ages, simply because I followed YouTube tutorials using VMware. After a bunch of solved issues, I hit a brick wall when I tried to sync iLok, I turned back and used UniBeast, which was fairly easy in...
Photos and updates of what works/doesn't coming soon.
I followed the Sierra install guide here.
Originally, I planned on using the i5 6600K's integrated graphics, but after installing (even with various combinations of InjectIntel and other things), it was refusing to boot from any device. So...

I did direct install of High Sierra on DELL R710. It worked stable for 2 weeks then I got to the conclusion of no use of this build so shut id down.
1. 2x [4x cores Xeon]] showed benchmark matching similar MAC's without any surprises (Geekbench 4)
2. 72 GB RAM looks too much for...
Initially, I tried to install High Sierra (tried both clean & upgrade from El Capitan options) but no luck.
Then tried Sierra. Everything works perfectly, sleep/wake works well, only audio via Display Port doesn't work (I don't use it).

As high sierra is out, it was time to crash my desktop and give a try to it.
Well, it is not a real upgrade as my first attempt simply crashed anything, but I reinstall a fresh Sierra before upgrade to HighSierra.
I got multiple ssd, so I can reinstall when I want, and here is the step I follow...
I just wanted share a successful Hackintosh (10.13) build with the hardware listed in the title. I additionally have a Samsung EVO 960 M.2 SSD for boot. The GPU is finally working great with no hiccups!

Yet to get working...
Success for me on my first hackintosh ! Everything is working USB 3.0, Ethernet (waiting for PCI card for Wifi), GPU, CPU, sleep/awake, audio (USB, audiobox). No weird reboot for the moment. I had to fix the black boot screen problem for the GPU web driver of my GTX 1080, but, other than...

I would like to share that Sierra os v. 10.12.4 seems to run great on this cheap laptop.
First thing first, thanks to RehabMan, i just put together some of his priceless works, all credits to him (and other for sure, just not me).
The installation itself is kinda smooth, i just added the...
This build has been running Linux and Windows for a little over a year, my Macbook Pro just bit the dust so I decided now was a good time to wade in to the realm of Hackintosh. Most of the steps below come from Stork's ASUS ROG MAXIMUS VIII HERO build, his audio instructions didn't work for me...
I have just now discovered this thread and will probably setup camp here for a very long time. A little backstory, I got my degree as a classical performing cellist in 2001. Back then the hardware was so clunky in the home PC and academic realm, not to mention expensive that...
Just want to thank the devs on this site for posting all the information that is available here. Fortunately, I didn't have to post anything with issues and was able to get my build up and running after a few days of head butting. Anyways, I just wanted to post my gear that is now up and...
Hello I purchased a Fenvi T919 and I had trouble figuring out the drivers for Windows so I want to share what I did to make them work in case someone finds themselves in the same hole.
For MacOs, make sure it is correctly installed on the pciex1 slot and with the usb header plugged in
So I bought a nice T3500 on eBay, Xeon W3520, 12GB RAM 2x500GB HD and a rubbishy ATI HD3450 for £99! to make a mackintosh, usb mouse+keyboard. That's my hardware.
Created a hd using unibeast and did installation process as per...
