I'm new to Hackintosh. When installed it on my pc, I almost got stuck at anywhere except post-installation. Firstly, if you hang on "Installing Bootloader" with Unibeast 9.0.0, please try to reinstall your macOS, which you use...
Updated from High Sierra to Mojave via Apple Store (downloaded on another Mac), 45min install, 3 restarts after a fresh install.
Audio fixed with Multibeast 10.4 - just installed AppleALC. All audio ports work.
Installed on 240GB SSD.

Prime Z370-A + i7 8700K Coffee Lake + Nvidia Quadro M2000
My first build :D
This has taken me ages, simply because I followed YouTube tutorials using VMware. After a bunch of solved issues, I hit a brick wall when I tried to sync iLok, I turned back and used UniBeast, which was fairly easy in...
Photos and updates of what works/doesn't coming soon.
I followed the Sierra install guide here.
Originally, I planned on using the i5 6600K's integrated graphics, but after installing (even with various combinations of InjectIntel and other things), it was refusing to boot from any device. So...

As high sierra is out, it was time to crash my desktop and give a try to it.
Well, it is not a real upgrade as my first attempt simply crashed anything, but I reinstall a fresh Sierra before upgrade to HighSierra.
I got multiple ssd, so I can reinstall when I want, and here is the step I follow...
I just wanted share a successful Hackintosh (10.13) build with the hardware listed in the title. I additionally have a Samsung EVO 960 M.2 SSD for boot. The GPU is finally working great with no hiccups!

The installation itself is kinda smooth, i just added the...
This build has been running Linux and Windows for a little over a year, my Macbook Pro just bit the dust so I decided now was a good time to wade in to the realm of Hackintosh. Most of the steps below come from Stork's ASUS ROG MAXIMUS VIII HERO build, his audio instructions didn't work for me...
I have just now discovered this thread and will probably setup camp here for a very long time. A little backstory, I got my degree as a classical performing cellist in 2001. Back then the hardware was so clunky in the home PC and academic realm, not to mention expensive that...
