Depends on how your system is now.

If you don't have any other issues like missing sound etc, then no need. But most users don't have sound after install so yes use mutibeast Fix
thanks for the reply i ended up doing a fresh install but i ll keep in mind what you said for future updates!

what hardware do you have exactly?

for the bcm94352z you need the kexts marked with magenta. You can download them from here:
https://bitbucket.org/RehabMan/os-x-fake-pci-id/downloads
https://bitbucket.org/RehabMan/os-x-brcmpatchram/downloads

get the latest stuff and unpack the zips, and choose the kexts from the release directory, and only those that are marked.

I use Kextbeast to install them in /L/E, so put them to the desktop folder and run Kextbeast

restart and everything should work

NOTE
do not forget to add your SMBIOS stuff to the config.plist as I have removed my numbers

Hi,

currently i'm using ElCap 10.11.6, i'm planning upgrading to Sierra 10.12.3. Could you please tell me where can i find an up to date guide about upgrading, including what kexts do i have to use?
Previously i used ammulder's [Guide] El Capitan on the Skylake H170N-WIFI guide to install El Cap.

How is that rx 480 working for you? I am deciding between a gtx 959/960 El Capitan build or a Rx 480 Sierra build. Any of you other fellas with any input on this matter would also be greatly appreciated! :)

I would also be very interested to learn more on the RX480 (e.g. sleep?). Thanks.
