The 4K Dell OptiMac - 9020 MT - Core i7-4790 - Radeon RX 570 - LG 4K IPS Monitor

I would like some clarification on the best id to set up my 9020 MT. It's an i5-4570 8GB with RX580 8GB. 14,2 14,3 15,1 or any other better example to have everything work properly.

Try 14,2 and see how that works first. That's the default when you run Multibeast.
 
One of the recommend MSI RX 570 Armor OC cards is on sale at Newegg with a $20 off promo right now. Comes to $145 after promo and rebate. Great performance for a small amount of money. Less than many AMD RX 560s that are new.

Unfortunately I live in Canada so that card is $229, but that is on sale from $279. With the $15 rebate makes it $214. So still a decent deal. I may consider this one. Thanks!
 
We get really good prices here in the states.

Ok, Installed Mojave and followed exactly your guide. All went smooth and everything seems to be working but have the same sleep issue. When waking up from the sleep it restarts the whole system. Any idea?

This is a problem real Macs with AMD graphics have had in Mojave. Most hackintoshes with AMD cards have the problem. I've not seen anyone have this using Intel HD4600 graphics. Do you have any AMD card installed ? What you can do is troubleshoot by removing anything connected via USB or PCIe one by one till you find which causes the issue.
 
Mine wouldn't wake the monitor when resuming from sleep, so I just disabled it and it can stay running all the time. Not a perfect solution, but I'm ok with it

No I don't...Only the Fenvi.
