Hi!
I have been following the forum for a long time and so far I have not had a problem. Now the clean installation of Big Sur fails and I can't find a solution. I don't understand the reason either.
I have a working backup of Catalina so I can try different solutions.
The Big Sur installer USB starts (oc 0.6.3) and then the installation. However, after the first restart, about 23-21 minutes before completion, the caption shown in the image will be received. I tried another usb key, tried to download the Big Sur installer again. I tried port 2.0, port 3.0. But constantly, this message is the end result.
I've searched for the bug here and in other forums, but I can't find a solution. Maybe if I understood the error, I would find a solution.
Has anyone ever seen anything like this?
Thank you very much for the answers

I believe this problem has finally been fixed by enabling BlackListAppleUpdate. The OpenCore 0.6.5 mini-guide already includes this change. I was finally able to install a macOS update on the Z390 test bench without encountering this issue. (Specifically, I updated macOS 11.1 to 11.2 public beta.)I believe you are experiencing the same problem as I am on my second Z390 Designare. My primary system is not affected by this.
When the macOS installer is running, you can press CMD-L to open the installer log. Within the title bar of that window is a pop-up menu from which you can choose to display All log messages. Please try that and see if the problem is something like "could not validate the file".
