Stuck at Apple bootup screen

Uhm one more thing, what kind of config.plist do I need when I have a dedicated GPU?
(res of 1080p 16:9)
GTX 960M
And on Windows Device Manager it says it has Intel HD 530

The two posts above are likely conflicting.
Most likely, your Nvidia is Nvidia Optimus, not dedicated.

FUUUUUUUUUU:banghead::banghead::banghead::banghead::banghead::banghead:
It still stops at "using 64 bit bootcache playlist"
Does someone have a solution?
Thanks

Boot verbose, show photo. Attach EFI/Clover folder as ZIP (omit 'themes' folder).

The first picture is when I boot in verbose and safe mode
(After 3 or 5 seconds it restarts and boots back into clover (I set the usb as primary boot option)):

And the second is just with verbose on and it just freezes.

I copied the whole USB into a zip file on Windows because Sierra only saw the "Install macOS Sierra" on the usb (USB is in OS X called "install_osx" and on Windows "EFI"
