[SOLVED] System working fine, but restarts on Shutdown!

I'm on 10.12.6 System work very fine on all tasks.
- i7 6700K
- GA Z170X Designare
- 32Go G.Skill RipJaws 3200 Mhz
I've try all solutions and trics(fix shutdown on clover, etc) , I don't find ALXEthernet.kext(don't have in my system); but the problem still run: after shutdown system re-starts!

I was using ALXEthernet.kext and same was here, I was having shutdown/wake up issues. Since started using AtherosE2200Ethernet.kext it is all over now. I have gigabyte H77-Ds3h mainboard.
