Hallo, ich also got the graphic glitch with High sierra, changing the vram in Bios does not do anything: here is my config:

Did not see any changes to the MB BIOS. The one thing that is not working is sleep. Basically the machine appears to sleep, I hit a key to wake the machine and then it shuts down and restarts.

There is no solution to that yet as far as I know. I had to have my machine set to never sleep, just sleep the display.
My machine sleeps properly now that I have an Nvidia card.

If you’re got gaming, it all comes down to how many pixels you need and how loud you want the card to be when working I wanted a quiet card that could do 1x4K + 3x1080p so I got the 1080. Figure out what you need in a card and go from there; 1050 and 1060 are pretty affordable

If it's just one monitor and you're not gaming the 3GB 1060 would be a great choice...
