Thanks aol - I've just tried this on my hackintosh and it works exactly as you described

Previously, I was dropping my DMAR table but now I can use FixHeaders instead

For those that don't use Clover Configurator to edit their config.plist (for whatever reason) you need to add the fix under ACPI in the DSDT Fixes section:

Man, High Sierra is AWESOME! Native NVMe support, and it seems like Handoff & Unlock with Apple Watch now work completely natively without any hacks needed. This is amazing!

Came home to new nVidia Web driver available for High Sierra Update 1. Installed it and works fine. 378.10.10.10.15.120.
