Dell says whatever they like to say but I did do it myself and I successfully flashed back to A1 and then to A7 again.
secondly, I tried a lot of softwares and this is the only one that worked for me, please search the web you'll find plenty of them. (just type how to backup BIOS in Google)

so, can you help me to downgrade it to A03? or A01?
I can upgrade it back after installation, right?

Download A03 then flash it. Use a tool of your choice to back it up and get what you need. If you want to revert back to A07 download it and flash it.

still get this, although I flashed back to a03...
I just need to get it work tho....

hmmm this is strange. I don't know if this is gonna work but try this command directly in EFI Shell
Code:
setup_var 0x18C 0x3

Oh damn :/
I cannot boot to USB, the option will not show up
I must be doing something really wrong :/
Can someone help me through skype?
[email protected]

When I plugin the install USB, it shows up the option, but when I plugin the EFI shell, restart the machine, f12, there's no option to boot from USB

Make sure it is at \EFI\BOOT\BOOTX64.efi. \BOOT\BOOTX64.efi is not valid.

Alright
It says:
expected a different size of setup variable (got 1400 (0x578) bytes). Continue with care...
successfully obtained "Setup" variable from VSS (got 1400 (ox578) bytes).
offset 0x18c is : 0x01
setting offset 0x18c to 0x03

It means I'm good now, right?

Check the value of it with "setup_var 0x18c"

It likely means it is encrypted and not set...
