Even with an Ultrabook, you'll likely find a removable battery inside. My 430 has a built-in battery but is easily disconnected after the back cover is removed.

i try everything ... nothing works!
now i pull out the cooler to over heat the cpu ... so i can sent it back to asus rma.
any suggestion how to brick your motherboard cpu, and other components? thanks.

You should probably call them to explain the situation before purposely ruining the CPU/board.

I play around all over the board with 24v charger in till all small and medium chips crack with that little exposions. I cannot burn the intel cpu and the gpu .. I allready speak with rma asus in 48 hours dhl come to get the laptop.
Can you give some advice how to burn the intel cpu and gpu. Thanks.

LOL, no im dead serious! Im sorry to tell this but the notebook dont go to experts of asus goes to an italian noobs IT. They dont care, they just replace the motherboard. They get paid! For that. So what is wrong with my method? Thanks, i really need an anwser. How to brick the cpu and gpu. Manualy the laptop wont start now!

Im not a kiddo thats for sure, maybe i act today like a child. But hey i have an reason the put in my notebook a mising bios features MEI. After waiting 5days.. They wont use again this motherboar ! Too late The defect now is all around.

I think if you can explain to them the issue and show that Intel MEI driver will not install, it should be enough for warranty replacement. I don't think it warrants dishonest actions.

hmm, what is this. asus MEI firmware missing on 3 asus notebook/

for example i have the work asus notebook this asus : A56C i just live linux to see what is the difference between home notebook and work notebook.

this notebook is brandnew, 3 month old never open.
