Ironically, The only half working thing is the audio which I made a script to reset AppleHDA when it stopped to work out of the thin air... 5% of the time it boot without audio at all and I must restart.

Fully patched AppleHDA may help with that (but then for sure must re-do it after updates).
Look at patch_hda.sh for ideas (hint: the script line is commented out that creates fully patched AppleHDA.kext)
I may make fully patched AppleHDA.kext the default for the guide eventually. But unless I add a new script, it requires some ordering changes regarding relative order of placing final config.plist and running install_downloads.sh.
