So now start disabling the various sharing things (or all of them) and see if you can rid yourself of the various nosleep assertions.

The 'apache' one: are you running a web server from your laptop?
Do you have it connected to an external monitor using HDMI audio? Got any apps keeping an audio channel open? How clean is this install? Lots of third-party apps?

If you don't know what you've done to cause this, consider a fresh install.

i dont have a external monitor. i do have some 3rd party software like istat menus, boom, better touch tool, lot of apple software but where does it say apache? i did have web server turned on in server.app but i turned all that off like you said
also idk why ether its only when plugged in i'll try tuning off the sharing settings but might it be a cheek boxes in settings -> energy saver?

Boom is one of your assertions/causes: pid 215(coreaudiod): [0x0000000100000f43] 00:49:58 NoIdleSleepAssertion named: "com.apple.audio.'BoomEngine:0'.noidlesleep"

right here...

Well, it is still not turned off (could be bug in Apple code...), as apache is still holding an assertion...

I would imagine that is the way Apple intended. Something like 'if you have a laptop, and it is on AC-power, and various services are running, don't go to sleep", but "if on battery power, allow sleep, because we can't run forever on battery..."

it changed when off power adapter and all sharing settings off
