if anyone knows how to fix this or if everyone has this issue if it will be fixed

See what your output of this is:
Code:
# in Terminal
pmset -g assertions

Might tell you why your computer is not going to sleep (it lists the programs/devices preventing it).

And on the ProBook, you *always* must press the power button to bring it out of sleep...

i dont always half to but i do most of the time is/will there ever be a fix for that?
in terminal i get:

Now you know why your laptop won't sleep. You're running it as a server and a router...

As far as I know the "wake up only with power button" is a "feature" of the Probook. Same in Windows.

i don't know foreshore if it does go to sleep on its own but it does go to sleep when i close it. what i was meant was it sometimes doesn't go to sleep when i close it (i seems like it only does it at night when plugged in) i didn't mean like if its open it does go to sleep like that
but im scared it might overheat it that happens in my bag.

I think you should turn the various "server features" off on your "laptop."

ok so like in the settings, sharing or in the server.app ?

Not sure as I haven't played with this stuff (I have a standalone server and router). I think it is in sharing. Turn all that stuff off until your 'pmset -g assertions' clear.

going to sleep on its own is not a problem but when I close it and it's plugged in it never goes to sleep even with the PleaseSleep app it still won't go to sleep but if its unplugged and i close it it will go to sleep like a normal laptop idk what the issue is
