Not very sure but I think I can say that my 2 processor are known as westemere EP products

Try using clover boot manager settings Binaries section set CPUID to 0x0206F0, or 0x0206C0.

And in boot arg try cpus=2

By typing 0x0206F0 it get stuck on PCI configuration end bridges 8, devices 27
