Just from looking at your profile specs and your config you posted you are using the wrong SMBIOS, you should be using a MP5,1 SMBIOs not a iMac14,2

Yes, E5620 are Westmere CPU family which is what MP4,1/MP5,1 can use, but upload your entire EFI folder anyways.

I’m not sure about that but I think Xeon 5620 v2 doesn’t exist, i’m using legacy
