Help...Sierra Gigabite GA X79 UD5 > AppleKeyStore stuck!

Hello guys!
first of all thanks to everyone works on this website ....

I have this machine:
MB: Gigabite GA X79 UD5
CPU: intel core i7-3820 cpu 3.60ghz 4 cores + Watercooling processeur Corsair
32gb(4x8) ram 1600mhz DDR3 Corsair Vengeance
VC: asus Nvidia GeForce GT 640 2gb
SSD: Samsung SSD 850 500gb

IT worked (except the wifi) for 3/4 years under mountain lion, but I decide two days ago to upgrade to Sierra.

I had to resolved many problems to finally install the Sierra system... But now when I'm on the desktop and I do:
Get Info (of SSD) > change Sharing & Permission After few second many error message concerning the system/library appear.
When I restart the system it will stuck in "AppleKeyStore.." see the image attached

I follow this (nice) guide to install the Sierra:

Also maybe somebody can help me to fix:
* wi-fi doesn't work (pci card that come with the motherboard)
* audio doesn't work (I tried with audio_pikeralphaALC-120.command.zip from Toleda not works)

Ok: Ethernet, Graphics Card, USB 3.0

Hope someone can help me to fix the "AppleKeyStore stuck" and if possible with audio and wifi

Hi guys,
I solved the problem...:
In BIOS, go into MB Intelligent Tweaker (M.B.I.T.). Then go into Advanced Frequency Settings. Then go into Advanced CPU Core Features. Then set Intel Turbo Boost Techn. to Disabled.

Everything works fine (also the wifi I boot a new pci card)
* But big big problem I can't install PHOTOSHOP (I really need it to work..)
* I can't Sign in ICLOUD and apple store (I don't know for iMessage but I don't care about it)
* Audio still doesn't work

Please help me
