All good now cheers!

But yeah, I didn't notice I used the -minus- instead of -plus-. Guys, just remember it is. "sudo chmod +x -DRAG FILE HERE"

Mountain Lion is working now, thank you for your ProBook Installer,I chose F.20 BIOS for my F.27(I think it is the newest) and it also worked. But the Blue USB 3.0 Plug doesn't work, is there any solution for it?

The USB 3.0 port should work, but not with 3.0 devices, it does work like the rest usb ports for 2.0 only. use kext wizard to rebuild cache and try again after a reboot.

Is it normal that it worked in 10.7.4 but Not in 10.8? My USB 3.0 hdd worked there without any Problems,I used HP ProBook Installer 4 in 10.8

My USB 3.0 works in 10.7.4. If it doesn't work in 10.8 I won't be upgrading.
